Techwright
I personally find Homecoming's upgrade button incredibly useful. It's one of the dev team's big wins in my book. That said, there's one adjustment I'd like to suggest: an optional version that is either part of the main UI, or can be a button for the powers trays. Currently, if I ding in the middle of a major firefight, to keep my powers at full strength, I've got to go into the management screen and click on the button. Pretty easy, but I've been in a few such cases where the fighting is too fierce to black out the screen for a few seconds. A button or main UI feature should allow me to hit it while maintaining visual contact in a big brawl.
Greycat
Ummmm.... Why not wait a few seconds, finish the fight, then click it? Or do it at another time? 1 1 Primarily on Everlasting. Squid afficionado. TheZag
Im not sure on how the upgrade button is implemented, but if it runs a slash command then it may be possible to add the ability to use while not on the enhancement screen. My understanding is Null works his alignment modifying magic by running slash commands that are restricted from player access. *If* the upgrade button runs a slash command and it was changed to be a level 0 (regular users) command, then it could be made into a macro button to press. However, i dont see it likely to occur even if it were easy to code. When you ding during a major firefight, you get a rainbow of big inspirations for free. That more than compensates for the small reduction of going from +3 to +2 enhancements for a few seconds.
