 how do proc.s work in these, are they even woth procs.?

i usually put a KB-KD proc of some sort in them to keep the mobs from scattering

a lot depends on your play style. If you team lots, then you probably don't wanna piss off the tank. If you solo, KB is a very good way to keep mobs away from you.

Only Tornado needs KB-KD these days, Lightning Storm has it built in now.

 

But for Tornado it changes a spaz into a meat grinder.
