Account still logged in. Error code 104672489.

I am having an issue logging in after the two new shards came online.  I login and choose my character and I get a message saying my character is still logging out.  Please wait a second and try again.  I wait and try again and it says I am still logged in.  I then get a message saying I have been kicked. Error Code 104672489.  Anyone have any ideas for a resolution?

Having the exact same error … on both the new servers … so I gave up and am now in a queue for Excelsior …

Im having the same problem in Excel Server happened 2 times so far today have to sit out till server reboots.

I just tried to get on excel again and waited for my que still says i'm logged in and I was kicked time is 10:27pm est.
