Ice/Elec Build

I made an Ice/Dark corruptor and he's a lot of fun. He's level 38ish now and I'm really having a hard time with endurance. He has the stamina of an asthmatic sloth. Decided to roll an Ice/Elec as my brother told me enjoyed playing as an Elec Defender. Here's the build I came up with I'm wondering if I'm missing anything.

When you use Energizing Circuit, you need to be standing close to the target to get the most endurance back. As the power chains, the buff becomes weaker.

• Shock requires accuracy
• Slot Bitter Freeze Ray for damage, not hold
• Maneuvers requires end reduction unless you're using it as a mule
• Tactics requires end reduction (BU proc requires power to be active)
• Tough requires end reduction unless you're using it as a mule
