DC and the ability to skip que

So I have waited 3 times today for server to go down get fixed in ques only to log in and db server error kick me off and then throw me into a 1200 que again

So?  Are you paying for this?  The folks providing this awesome free service are expanding its capacity at an astonishing rate, and yet people still complain.

its horrify how toxic rude people are taking the 'how dare you complain' approach to people with real technical problems.

I was booted and was not allowed to skip the queue as well.

Emotions are running high, I can understand that. We've just gotten our City back, and it's frustrating that it's not EXACTLY as perfect as we remember, because it's no longer being hosted by a global multi-million dollar company. We should report the issues, but have patience with each other while we work through the new City's growing pains.

 

My suggestion would be to just report your issues on the official thread for the matter.
