Archery/TA Blaster does the damage get better?

Good day all,

 

I recently made an Archery/TA blaster and I find it kind of meh, I am at level 11 and fully slotted with damage and accuracy (thanks to a very kind player who gave me 5mil inf) and the damage it output feels underwhelming.

Does it get better later on, or should I look at trying something else?

You should never judge anything ever based on level 11 performance. Period.

Try the test server and see how it does at 50.

Yes, Archery/TA does get better - ALL toons get better with lvls.  And you are NOT fully slotted at lvl 11 - you are far from it.  Archery is lethal damage and many mobs have some resistance to it, but there are also many who are highly susceptible to it.  /TA has some glue arrow (toxic) and oil slick which can then be set on fire for Fire damage, so you'll get more damage types mixed in as well.  

 

If you enjoy your toon, stick with it.
