This would be very low-pri, and I don't know if it's even doable. But I thought it would be cool if we could 'tag' individual 'stume slots with a badge. So, as an example, a hero with a secret identity could have the 'commuter' badge on their civilian clothes, and then something more apropos to their hero identity on another- i.e. your badge would swap when you 'changed clothes', without having to wade through the badge lists again.

Sounds like it would be nice;  In the meantime you can setup a macro

/macro C "settitle 1030$$cc 1"

Would change to your second costume, plus set title to Commuter.  (Far Jumper for red side)

This could be a bind, or a popmenu could even be done.   There's a doc somewhere with all the Badges and #, but I used the BadgeSetTitle popmenu by ATC to look up this one.

Are those badge numbers for /settitle listed anywhere like on the wiki?

They can be found on Badger, a site operated by @KeyboardKitsune and linked from the Wiki's community portal.

Just go to badge list, search for a badge, and copy the settitle from there.
