Possible packet loop of data on launcher?

SO not knowing servers were in test I tried logging in, Bug found in launcher were most of the servers right now will knock you off with message servers are test loading Excelsior will go into a feed back loop of packets going back and fourth that in most cases will crash the program but if people have large set up its sending a amazing amount of packets back and fourth I was able to get to 500 megs a second Excelsior was offline on forums status but green in launcher. Tested on 5 machines anything that has a Nvidia 4080 or 4090 must be manually shut down. Not sure why anything would depend on the GPU guessing something in the drivers maybe.
