Mercenaries summoning bug

mastermind merchants, not summoning soldiers, and special ops, got high enough level for the commandos tried closing the game re-logging in summoning changing zones, summoning, not working

Can you give any more information? Just logged on my merc MM and had no problems summoning or upgrading.

 

Edit: Just in case: when you summon your MM pets, they are a location summon. So when you click the power, you also have to click a point on the ground to summon the pets at. If you already knew this, I apologize for the explanation. Aside from this (most likely not needed) explanation, do you have any more information you can provide to help figure out what happened?

Yes no problem that could of been it but this my second time playing this game I played it when it first came out back in the day,   none of my other master minds are having trouble the one in question is on the red side I tried calling in a mission I exited and tried outside area I exited the game all the way out to desktop the login back in tried still no pets then logged out and loaded a different toon tried all worked fine then tried the the one in question and still not working all his other moves work aka powers but he is low so he only has a few going to respect him and see what that does 🤞

Okay, so I have a few questions:

 

Was this on a single play session or multiple play sessions with that character?

 

Have you ever successfully summoned minions on that character?

 

Did you have minions summoned and then dismiss them for any reason before the problem happened in that play session?

 

If you previously had minions on that character and you dismissed them prior to the problem appearing, what were the exact circumstances under which you dismissed them?

 

When you encountered the problem and logged off then back on to try and be able to summon the pets, how long did you wait before logging back on the game?

 

Did you try a system reboot?

 

Did you try clearing your computer memory?

yes, I have summon successfully many of times with this character

 

yes, I have summoned and dismissed pets many of times with this character

 

I have dismissed them with this character. The reason being I have leveled in a mission, and I wanted their level to go up 

 

The time between logging out logging back in probably five minutes really didn’t time it and then I tried again, but I loaded a different character played with it for a while, had no troubles. It was a mastermind too ninjas. Then I log back in to this character and still had the same problem, I did a complete system reboot later on probably six hours later overnight this morning still the same problem this is one of the few masterminds I have on the red side most of my masterminds are on the blue side and I went from Oak Island to Mercy Island and still have the same problems

Try clearing your computer's memory. It can retain old data and that can cause problems. Otherwise, have a GM take a look at the character in question. The character itself may be corrupted.

So I loaded it on a different computer and still the same problem. I already made one just to test it he’s working I’m just gonna delete this one and start him over. He’s too low to bug over. I just want them to know that there’s that kind of bug running around and maybe they’ll find it.

Then your character was corrupted. It happens. If you haven't already deleted the character, you can request the character be recovered.
