Condensed Graphics?

So, ever since the last update installed I've been having a bit of an issue with my game screen.

 

Everything is normal up until I load into the game. All the other screens (launch, character select, character creation, loading) are full screen. But as soon as my selected character loads in my graphics are squished down into the lower left fourth of my screen. The game itself isn't shrunk, my mouse still functions as though the graphics were in their normal places.  Even though none of my bubbles/windows show on the screenshot I've attached, they are there. In the corner.  I've managed to open up the options window thinking I might be able to tweak something and save myself, but it's blank. Or the text is so small that it doesn't show.

 

I did try to submit a ticket in game. But I couldn't see what I was typing so it might have been complete gibberish.  Also I wouldn't be able to read any reply so I thought I'd post here (and add a screenshot).

 

Any idea how I can fix this?

Look in hc launcher for an option to "reset graphics on next run", and see what that does?

yep, click the little cog wheel, click homecoming settings, click reset graphics on next run.
