Stone Armor / Dark Melee Tanker

Hey Guys, 

 

     I'm looking to build a beefy tank with some utility. I thought about Stone/DM due to the Aoe DMG Toggle in stone and the Dark melee utility that comes with it. I have a DA/Staff tanker that I really enjoy a lot and I wanted to make another Tanker. Please critique my build and let me know how I can get better. MY goal is to be as "beefy" as I can get on a consistent base and anything just makes it better but not build defining. Thank you for your time and input, its greatly appreciated.
