Acroyear Posted May 11 Posted May 11 The Ascendant NPC in Steel Canyon (located near the Base Portal) no longer talks on his cellphone. Its been a few months now, and I never see him talking on the cellphone. Instead, he just stands in front of the payphone waiting for a call that never comes.
