I am up to 104 Monstrous Ether, 3 are from Kronos (2 for first time and 1 for the second time) who showed up for Adamaster.

I figure I got 2 the first time kill on Adamaster.

 

This make 100 Adamaster kills using a variety of solo, group and league making sure I got full rewards each time.

At a supposedly 10% drop rate with 100 times chance for a drop, I should have averaged 10 drops. in my understanding of statistics.

Even with being unlucky, I still should have gotten at least one.

I think Adamastor pet recipe is under 1M Inf on AH.

 

Spend those monster merits in the Pocket D Aether vendor for random pet recipes.

 

Yes you can 100% never get a pet recipe drop as many will attest after they have defeated hundreds of GMs. 10% drop is 90% no drop and there is no code in the background looking at the overall picture making certain the overall rate per character is 10% (breaking a series of bad luck).

Isn't that the normal rule for loot distribution? A player is picked at random to receive the loot.

 

For GMs may be if the badge for defeating the GM has not been earned yet there can be a 100% drop of a mini pet recipe. That might mean creating a new defeat badge for the Paladin which I think only has a badge for defeating the construction phase. Otherwise normal loot rule is applied.

 

But potential for an exploit?

As someone who has flip a coin more times than anyone should ever have to, I can assure you that each event is it's own and has no bearing on the previous event.
