Minor UI Suggestion (option to lock buff bar above/below character status window)

I play with my character status window at the bottom of my screen. When I log into a character, the buff bars above the character status window reset to below the window. The only way to change the location of the buffs is to manually move my status window to the bottom of my screen, so that the buffs are 'pushed' to the top of my status window, and then move my status window back to where I want it.

Having the option in settings to lock or unlock the buff bar(s), or to assign if you would like them above or below your status window, is a minor UI / QoL change that some players may enjoy.

It would definitely be a wonderful addition if the game could save/remember all your window locations - it really bugs me, for instance, when the inspiration window randomly gets placed like in the middle of the screen, (seems to happen every time I do a Tinpex/Apemage, especially)...
