Base Editing, extreme stuttering when adding items to very large room

Just like the titles says, i got as low as 5 fps or maybe 4 when trying to place items, it is a openbase so very large room is a must have.

It isn't shuttering when im trying to place items from entrance room to very large room, but it starts to shutter as soon i placing items from very large room.

Not sure where to put this so i put this on help/ support instead of bug reports.

What's the total item count of items you already have placed in your base?  Once you go above a certain threshold in item count, the editor starts lagging big time.

It is 4441 out of 20000
