CapnFreedom Posted July 15 Posted July 15 I noticed that there isn't a Mu aether option. Is it possible to unlock, or work on getting unlocked in the future? Or is it impossible due to the lack of motion that the Mu have? Thanks for replies from those who know.
Game Master GM_GooglyMoogly Posted July 15 Game Master Posted July 15 Hey! I moved this suggestions and feedback. I know that @Cobalt Arachne has done most or all of the work with the Aether costumes so far and that Cobalt is always adding more. That said, I think the Mu might be a problematic Aether Costume for players as they never move their arms or legs and always float. Just about all the powersets would look weird coming from someone with their arms and legs strapped, especially anything involving a weapon, which is a lot of sets.

If the model's sequencers (that control how they animate) aren't compatible with player sequencers (that allow the model to animate everything a player can) then they are not eligible to be added as rewards. This includes things like Mu, Tarantulas, Snakes, etc, that use non-standard animation sequencers and won't work as player costumes. Love this game and its community? Want to give back? CapnFreedom Posted July 15 Author Posted July 15 Bummer. Was going to be creating a Mu-themed character and I thought it might be nice to have the bound & hovering rig/costume as an option despite her not being affiliated with Arachnos exclusively. Secondary question... are there female Mu mystics? I honestly haven't paid attention. I've been seeing male Fortunatas and female Banes. Thanks again.

Not currently, there's no existing female models to use and they'd have to be created from scratch. The only reason we proliferated the other Arachnos types was due to the existence of the Villain Epic Archtypes which proliferated the costume pieces to other body types for us. 1 Love this game and its community?
