weird power bar issues

over the weekend one of my characters lost the arrows that let me change the tray number, like i currently have the 3 trays i usually have, lets say they are on 1,2 and 3 number wise, but i do have some not always needed powers, like team, mission, zone teleport in tray 4, but i went to go push the arrows that are usually next to the tray number to use a power in tray 4, and it was gone. can still use the plus button to add a tray thats not cluttering up the right side of my screen. thing is, it was only on one char at first, but now seems to be randomly happening to others, and i Have no clue whats causing it

Right click over one of the tray numbers and see if you have locked your numbers.

oh, that explains it. must have accendently right clicked it at some point and didnt realize what happened, thank you.
