Hello,
for two days I've been trying to unlock “Patron” on CoV because I'd like to unlock Leviathan mastery for my Scrapper.
Character created on CoH but who is Vigilante lvl 36.
I went to see Arbiter Rein who told me this: I don't think it's safe for either of us to be seen talking to each other. Maybe if you were more like me I might reconsider. 

It's been a long time since I've done this, so is there something I've forgotten to do? I went to see the plates of each Boss, I tried to talk to them but nothing, I even did a mission to get to lvl 36 on the ugly side but nothing.

If you could help me it would be great.

Il y a longtemps que je n'ai pas fais ça, donc il y a quelque chose que j'ai oublié de faire ? Je suis allé voir les plaque de chaque Patron, j'ai essyé de leur parler mais rien, j'ai même faite une mission pour arriver lvl 36 côté vilain mais rien.

Si vous pouviez m'aider ce serait sympa.
