Two questions about VAULT space.

1. Is there a command to access the vault from anywhere like there is for the auction house?

 

2. Can I use salvage that I have stored in the Vault when making inventions at the university?

I don't know a command, but you can just click on Salvage then click on Vault (on upper left) to open the vault tab.

 

You have to move things from vault to salvage to use it to make inventions.  (Ie. move from one window to another)
