Returning BR/Dev seeking build update

Hi folks. Back after 3 years and this is where I've left my blaster. I'm hoping someone can modernize this build. 

 

Just a FYI I'm not big on gun drone and conceptually would like the idea of teleporting enemies into my mines/bombs. Just not at the hindrance of achieving defense caps or whatever is necessary now. Thank you 🙂
