Time Lord's Boon

While logged out in either Cimerora or Ouroboros you will earn additional time for your Time Lord Power.

power grants +10% Recharge bonus, +20% Recharge Time Debuff Resistance, and +100% Teleportation Protection.

 

Time Lord's Boon Auto: Self +Recharge, Res (Slow, Teleport)
Traveling back and forth through time is not without its benefits. You have a slightly increased attack rate and are resistant to both slows, and will usually protect yourself from being teleported by enemies, this power is always on. You can gain additional time for this effect by logging out in either Cimerora or Ouroboros.

 

How to get: Obtain the following day jobs

Cimeroran

Chronologist

I either forgot about or didn't know about the teleport protection, but Time Lord's Boon is my go-to day job after I have the ally rez power.

+1 if you're logging out in Cimerora, because you'll also get a passive +Res to all buff from the Cimeroran Citizen Badge.

 

It's a little strange because it's 3.75 for some ATs and 5 for others, but it's still a nice perk on top of the extra recharge. 

 

I always log my Regen brutes out in Cim.

As soon as they hit 50 they are almost always parked in Ouro because of the flashbacking, the iTrials and the ease of access to PUG TF/SF calls.  I never even looked at the day powers till this thread and now I am like , , , hmmmm.  Thanks for the reminder.

 

P.S. I saw Troo parked by The Sears and Roebuck in Ouro yesterday.  Then again his bio said this is a copy of Troo.

If anyone is curious:

I made a level 50 Energy Melee/Regeneration Stalker for each server named Troo, basically copies.

These allow Troo to do villain startup capital giveaways in Mercy on all servers.

So, since you're behind that, they're Two True Troos, I guess, making what Flea saw a Two True Troo, too.
