MSR Raids experiencing dramatic lag.

This isn't a connection issue as it's the majority of players having the issue. But for at least the last week there has been a noticeable amount of lag. Movement, slow attack rates, skipping effects.

Are these the zone raids, instanced, or both?

I hear players complain about this in instanced raids. I don't have the problem myself, but the league describes it like they're in the mapserver event.
