sheat/unsheat weapons when having 2 weapon sets

Have beam rifle set and arsenal mastery.

I can sheat my beam rifle as back detail, when activating a arsenal power I wear the beam rifle further at my back and hold another rifle in my right hand. If I sheat both rifles I wear 2 clipping rifles at my back. When I unsheat my beam rifle and sheat the arsenal rifle I wear no rifle at my back and pulling the arsenal rifle out of a invincible pocket when using. Is it a bug or doing something wrong. Let a lot of inf at the tailor to testing it out.

 

Would like to wear 1 Rifle at my back and using only the one for both weapon sets.
