JJDrakken Posted October 14 Posted October 14 (edited) With Empyrean Merits, Regular Merits, Vanguard Merits. We can package them up and send them to other characters we have. Incarnate Threads, not so much. I got several characters with over 1k in Threads just sitting there doing nadda. Would be nice if we could package them up in say stacks of 50 or 100 and move them just like the Empyrean Merits or allow us to mail ourselves Incarnate Salvage we get to ourselves. So we can use threads to at least buy that stuff and mail it to ourselves. Perhaps let the new costume machine let us convert the threads for Aethers even. Just frustrating seeing that sitting there and not able to do anything with it anymore. Edited October 14 by JJDrakken 2 3
Maelwys Posted October 14 Posted October 14 I mean, they're still a decent source of Influence? (Visit Ouroboros and talk to Luna. Buy Super Insps. Sell on AH. Different types come in and out of vogue; but Immortal Recoveries and Ultimates always seem to move quite quickly) Having thread salvage be Same-Account-Emailable would be a nice feature; but sending them in bulk would be a real chore without any conversion options. 1
Without_Pause Posted October 14 Posted October 14 I can't ever see them letting us transfer them between characters. I think the above mentioned Inspirs are a good way to burn through the extras you get. 1 1 Top 10 Most Fun 50s. 1. Without Mercy: Claws/ea Scrapper. 2. Outsmart: Fort 3. Sneakers: Stj/ea Stalker. 4. Emma Strange: Ill/dark Controller. 5. Project Next: Ice/stone Brute. 6. Waterpark: Water/temp Blaster. 6. Mighty Matt: Rad/bio Brute. 7. Without Hesitation: Claws/sr Scrapper. 8. Within Reach: Axe/stone Brute. 9. Without Pause: Claws/wp Brute. 10. Chasing Fireworks: Fire/time Controller. "Downtime is for mortals. Debt is temporary. Fame is forever."

The good news is that you won the game on those characters! Congratulations! Time to work on other characters that haven't won yet, and they certainly don't need any help from your godkiller level 50s. I don't think that those threads accumulating will hurt you at all, although maybe at 10,000 you get a red salvage full message. 1 1 Who run Bartertown?
lemming Posted October 14 Posted October 14 On the few characters that I'm not trying to fill up all the Destiny choices and wind up with a abundance of threads, I put a selection of super inspirations in the base for up and coming characters that can use that instead of needing to burn thru threads for a couple of the iTrials. Game Master GM_GooglyMoogly Posted October 14 Game Master Posted October 14 Personally, I like making alternate Alphas. It's come in handy a few times. 1
