This is a simple Quality of Life suggestion, which appeals to the completeness freak in me...

 

When in a TF you have missions that takes you to an entrance and thus Team Travel and Mission Travel come very handy and are greatly appreciated by the entire team. But then you get the mission that many call "Fed Ex" missions where a player has to travel to the contact or the recipient of the goodie you just captured. Now everybody has to wait for the victim to travel to the target and do their delivery, to reduce this pointless time-sink, I suggest to have a "Contact Travel" akin Team Travel which allows the user to be transported to the mission contact. It can cost the same as Mission Travel since it is a personal type of travel.

 

Any suggestions> As always, let this be a learning opportunity

Well, this exists within Ouroboros Pillar of Fire once in your Base.

 Forums  - a place, meeting, or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged.

I should have added that at least the element is there.

I ... kind of have this fall into that same "there are a million ways to cut down travel time" category. Base portal to transport base to target zone, and save for one or two zones (like IP or Nerva,) the contact's probably not that far away.

 

(I'd have been more for it on live where, yeah, it was a "run to tram, run to contact, bases are much less useful because you have to unlock points and can't share the code" situation. It's just insanely easy to get around now as it is.)

There are so many ways to quickly get to most contacts in these sort of FedEx talky missions, I simply don't see the need for this.

 

Writing for myself, I will use LRT, SG base portal, Ouroboros, Tunnel, Submarines/Choppers/Ferries/Trains... In addition to using the Crystals, LFG queue when possible. It also helps to know the zone geometries.
