Hi, I used to always copy and tweak builds when the game was live years back. Now, I'd like to start dabbling on my own builds. This is the first time I played blaster (always was a controller back then). I hope to eventually be good at building builds.

 

My goal for this is to have a reasonable amount of defense (or at least not faceplanting with every pack of mobs) without sacrificing too much damage. I'm not sure if Hasten is needed in this as I'm only in my early 20s now but it seems like I don't need to perma anything for now. Survivability has also been good for now and have died only twice (a team wipe where I was the last 3 to fall). I took fly for ease of travel. I play mostly range with hover and I hope to go incarnate with this as I am really enjoying levelling up this toon. Also, as a blaster, what are the incarnates that I should pick for each?

 

Hope anyone out there can take a look for my final build at 50 and see if I have made any major errors or recommend improvements?

I am interested in some feedback on this as well. I play a Water/Ice/cold and my build is substantially similar... but as I am 49 I am getting close to the point of making hard decisions.

 

I found it terribly useful to stick a +perception in Tidal forces just to deal with Arachnos, and a +7.5% HP in tough... they are cheap and add a lot, and you can pull a slot out of patch (2x54 recharge IO's ed cap) and maybe stamina (do you run low of end with only 1 IO and a numbia proc?)
