Terkoz Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 I haven't played in a couple of weeks and tried to play again but I am receiving massive stuttering and only getting a frame every second or so. My second screen also flickers madly while the game is running. The stuttering is not lag related and it also happens in the character select screen with the character animations jittery as hell. Does anyone have any clue what is happening?
goblinite Posted July 2, 2019 Posted July 2, 2019 If there is no rubberbanding I would lean toward a Nvidia driver update (assuming you have a NVidia card. It seems like their first pass at a driver update is always problematic) since you last played causing the issue or a refresh rate issue. Does the problem persist if you only hook up 1 monitor? Does it occur if you set the screen refresh rate to 60hz? Windows 7, 8.1, or 10?
Terkoz Posted July 3, 2019 Author Posted July 3, 2019 I'm running windows 10 and a gtx 2070 with the latest driver. The driver hasn't changed since the last time I played the only change is the game itself updating. I did try changing the refresh rate to no effect. I'm not going to unplug the second monitor though to test that. Cause if it is the problem then I'll just do without the game. That is a deal breaker. I'll just have to try the game again after each update and see if the issue fixes itself. Thanks for your help.
