Assistance with a concept (Lots of electricity)

First let me say that I love this game, I have played it since beta in 2004 and I was (as can be seen from my other posts) an average user of mids AT BEST.

 

So, I am shooting for a concept. It could be Scrapper, or Brute, or Tanker.

 

I want Electric Melee, Electrical Armor, Mu Mastery, and Ion Judgement.

 

I would love to make this as tanky, as scrappy, and as brutish as I could. But, as I mentioned, I seem to not grok mids reborn.

 

I can seem to download builds, some of the time, but uploading builds seems beyond my capabilities.

 

But, if anyone has a cool, resilient but doesn't take an hour to kill an elite boss, build, I would be grateful!

This is an old build I put together for my son, back when he was still learning to play. I wanted it to be tanky so he could learn rather than die. It still does decent damage but it could be tuned for more.

Yeah, I suppose my google-fu is weak, since I tried "Electric Armor" and "Electric Melee" and also Elec and Electric and Armor and Melee... I just... I failed
