Hi!

I am currently levelling a claws/nin scrapper and am somewhat unsure about how to slot and enhance him right... Any of you veterans got a build handy or some recommendations for how to approach it when it comes to defenses and offensive rotation?

I am still quite a new returner so I need something a bit budget friendly. 😉
