IneptAdept
I am enjoying playing my blapper. One skill I am not sure about is Shocking Grasp. Is it worth taking, based on what powers I have selected already? If it is, what slots can I move around/use to put a recipe in it? Thanks. Note: the empty slot in Force Of Thunder is for Sudden Acceleration KB -> KD Hero Plan by Mids' Hero Designer 1.962 http://www.cohplanner.com/ Click this DataLink to open the build! Jeneki
Shocking grasp comes out fast and applies a hold, so it a good opener for blapping. On my last electric build I dropped Thunderstrike for it, as I didn't care for the long animation.
Chongda
It's actually pretty decent damage as well, but it's DoT. So it takes some time to apply the full damage. I like it, because it's a fast animation as well. I also took it over Thunderstrike.
Vanden
If it's one or the other I think you're better off with Shocking Bolt. It's not as fast or as strong, but it's ranged and it lasts much longer.
