I ran through both parts of Posi and The Graveyard Shift from Agent Watkins and somehow still had to go into the Abandoned Sewers to hunt down Cortex. I was half afraid I'd have to go red side to get The Freakish Lab of Dr. Vahzilok to get him. I get it, each time he shows up, he does something different, but a player shouldn't have to defeat the same named villain multiple times to get their portion of the badge. I understand, some of the coding may be spegettified at this point, but if we need a specific instance of a villain to get their badge, can you make it plain?

Hard to say why it didn't count if you defeated Cortex in Posi 2, but glad you got it in the Abandoned Sewers, it can be frustrating that any of the six can spawn there, & in pairs.

In addition, six of the above can be found in the Abandoned Sewer Network on rare spawn timers, in pairs.

Maybe it''s just my experience, but the Sewer Network spawns seemed interlinked. As soon as one set would be defeated, the next would spawn.

I don't remember the Graveyard Shift arc, but in Posi 2, you do not HAVE to defeat Cortex to complete the TF.  Sometimes he spawns in an out of the way spot and you have to specifically look for him to defeat him.  I have had the Posi 2 version count towards the badge.  So, perhaps you missed him in Posi 2?
