Slotting Ice Storm

I am running a couple Ice/.... Sentinels.  On my current an Ice/Invul I am really noticing how I can use Ice storm to pull and confuse mobs.  Not confuse as the power but just flat out lose focus.  Freak show tank smashers start running away like sissy’s when I drop the storm

 

So...  how can I slot this to get more out of it.  Are there procs or frankenslotting that make this better or should I just slot regular enhancers?  Also what do I slot for? Damage? Maybe on a blaster but it does take seem to be used as a damage power so much as a “made you stupid” power
