ACCOUNT IS LOST...FOREVER

i have included proof of my account name, but when i tried to launch the game it had me log in, but it wasnt letting me put any special characters at all. problem is my account name as you can see includes in under score. because of this it is literally impossible to ever log in, meaning the account that i did have and all of the characters are gone forever, this legit made me cry because i had a friend that left city of heroes reborn for homecoming and i lost contact. unless i can find a fix like changing my account name, i will never be able to play homecoming ever again..... HELP!!! 😭

are you sure it's the game name not the forum name? they're different.

Six-Six has identified a common problem that we hear frequently.  I just checked and, indeed, your Forum Name and Account Name are different.  That's generally a good idea as it adds a layer of protection.  I have sent you a PM with your account name.
