BZRKR Posted July 13, 2019 Share Posted July 13, 2019 The Praetorian Story Arc: Project Phoenix (18.26 in the Ouroboros menus, seems to be called "The Power To Control" on Paragonwiki.com) does not give the final mission after talking to Praetor Sinclair. I noticed this while leveling up but figured I had just made some wrong choice, but the same thing happens in a Flashback.
