Spring attack sucks btw, so that idea is out. Absolutely, I love how safe the Water/Cold plays, and it does great against tough targets like AV’s. Defenders get better values for most other Cold powers. Going elec/kin for the shock damage effect, soft end control, and good aoe dmg. I have also found that I can use clarion with repel on if I just use transference occasionally due to the small end transfer mechanic. Whether its IR / SS / SJ I wouldn't get a travel power with kinetics, but if I had to suggest one I would get super speed because we already need hasten and its very fast especially now with the 120 mph cap. That is with siphon speed. I often don't take travel powers on my builds because I find sprint+ninja run works just fine. I leveled one to 50 but not incarnate yet and it was a good time. I'm too chicken to venture above +1/x8 without Clarion. But the end drain has been surprisingly effective. Still getting accolades and testing in all the different TFs. This is what I am currently using (I don't find tesla cage to be all that great. Its range to jump is small and it needs to jump 5 times before its damage goes higher than ball lightning).
