I've reinstalled my game per the v2 guide (twice), installed it all directly to C:\Games\City of Heroes. I made sure to follow every single step, but Tequila won't let me play. It says: Quote Manifest download error for http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable. This has happened to me since two days ago, I have not had any Windows updates. Sometimes I can get in the game, but 90% of the time it does this.
