My roommate got excited about playing CoH again and was able to get in successfully.  In fact, he's been able to create a few toons and play.  Now for some reason, he's not getting the options to play, I.E. SCORE, Paragon Chat, and Titan Icon do not show up on his Tequila launcher window.  Any fixes that will bring him back?
