So as the title states, this is my Stj/EA stalker. This character has quickly become my main(after 8 fully IO'd alts). Its a ton of fun and I honestly cant complain about any aspect of the build. However, I always feel as though builds I run could be pushed a bit further to obtain the absolute optimal performance. Honestly just looking for any advice/suggestions/feedback from more experienced stalkers in the community. Feel free to take the build onto your pines and make/post any adjustments you make to it, would love to see what other people make of it. Thanks in advance!

P.S. Yes, the power selection is not something I took too much time considering, since most of the content I personally run doesnt exemplar me below 45. Suggestions on how to better select powers for the leveling process is also welcome.

Hi Dynastyjay,

Here's my Street Justice/Energy Aura build. You could easily swap out Super Jump for Super Speed and it would be very similar to your build, but with higher defenses, resistances, and a very slightly higher damage rotation. Your ideal rotation would be Crushing Uppercut, Heavy Blow, Assassin's Strike, Finisher.

I take Leviathan for Water Spout and the hold. Water Spout is convenient when soloing AVs, and the hold stops annoying enemies from acting (sappers, teleporters, etc.) but neither are necessary. You can use Body Mastery in this build.

Hi @Dynastyjay,

i tried take your build and leave the powers as much as i can. Playing this build should feel similar to your build, especialy for the finishers ( i did not drop Sweeping Cross like @modest).

What i did different is that i left out the Body Mastery. I have a BS/EA and never feel like i need the extra endurance. If you keep using Energize on cooldown, you get a really big Endurance discount and regeneration buff. I don't treat this power like a clickheal. i use it more like hasten. just fire it off, the moment it comes on again. The uptime off the energize buff should be around 90%. And if the endurance really drops low. just hit energy drain and you are fine again.

What else is defferent?

Tactics is gone, Moonbeam, Overload and Shadowmeld are new.

Tactics is not that much needed, because of the Stalker ATO Assassin's Mark and high uptime of Build Up. You barely should miss, even with your build. And the high uptime of Build Up allows the frequent use of instant Moonbeam (no casttime, can not be interrupted, hard hitting ranged attack). Street Justice like Broadsword is missing a good ranged attack. What happens is that after unleashing some damage to the mob groups,  some low Hitpoint targets are still alive. Sometimes a Minion was just too far away from the group or portet away. In that cases a moonbeam is  a really nice tool. Overload and Shadowmeld are both just mules for the Luck of the gambler set. if you ever feel like hitting a purple inspiration, you can just use these instead.

Last notes before the build:

You did overslot Hide. If you are in combat you loose every defense bonus of hide and remain only 3% def on all. So Hide is a good mule for the unique IO but shoud not be pimped up like you did.

Another small tweak would be to move the numina from health to energize and just 6 slot it for the last defense bonuses, since you are going to hit energize every 34 seconds, you should still get the numina unique bonus.

Lastly i don't understand the hamidon enhancement in entropy shield, a lvl 50 IO EndRdx should be better in that slot.

Secondary Power Set: Energy Aura

I haven’t taken a look at the build on pines yet since I’m not home. I had a feeling hide was overslotted so thanks for that correction. The Hami in entropy shield I don’t really remember why I put it there to be honest lol I ended up slotting end redux in there despite whatever I had showing on pines. I’ll definitely take a look at the build though and perhaps slot it on my Justin toon and test it out there before making the perma changes on my live toon. Thanks a lot!

How is AoE handled on a StJ? It seems like the one AoE the set has is an 8y radius thing and it always puzzles me how an AoE game as CoH is actually played by seemingly non AoE sets.

think its only 6 actually, targeted AOE  and there is a tiny cone in sweeping cross.

Both do good damage though, especially if you have your combo level at 3.

The fear effect in spinning strike is fun, especially if you pair it with the vigilante fear power.

Stalkers can solve the lack of AOE thing by 1 shotting minions, and 1 or 2 shotting Lts.  The crits/refreshed buildups literally rain down from the sky once you get the ATO procs

What ability do you put the ATO procs in?

The chance to hide proc goes in the Assassin's strike power that way it will be in cool down after the proc fires.

This prevents the long interrupt version in the middle of a scrap.

The other one is a global, i put it in my tier 2 attack.
