Grateful any builds for rad / kin corruptor.  Have found it impossible to read mids and pines 'codes' on my PC, so would appreciate full list of enhancements if possible.  Thank you.

Ok, this is based on my Kintank build. You have permahasten, instasnipe, a lot of -res procs, softcapped to s/l/e, max s/l when rune is up, and can use rune as mez protection when hit by one. I think it works great. This could probably be optimized more as I just did this in 15 minutes or so. The only mandatory +5s are the lvl 50 tohit IOs in tactics, this is what gives tactics 16.1% tohit and in combination with kismet gives you the 22.1% tohit required for instasnipes.

 

 

Edit: Kinetics does not need a travel power. Siphon speed+Sprint+ninja run puts you at Max runspeed.

Thank you for sharing this! I am loving this build. It's almost an embarrassment of riches - I have too many valid, useful, powerful powers. I haven't even come close to dying once. With great res + def plus transfusion and transference, my green and blue bars are never low. Tons of offensive abilities, mobs of minions are nothing, LT.s are two-shot kills, and bosses are just fun to take down. I forget this isn't a blaster - it's a 'support' or 'healing' toon.
The build came in around $800k, but I was impatient and didn't build anything, so I solely used the market and paid high. I would think it could be done for about $500k or less if someone was building to this, and taking their time.

Yeah, I have lots and lots of builds posted. I think the two most recent builds are a savage/bio stalker and an ice/savage Dom. I help people make builds all the time on these forums and anything I make for myself I generally post if I like how it plays. I don't believe in the kind of build safeguarding some people do. Just search my profile, there should be a lot there.

Actually leveling up one of these now, so Lionstar can play "Kintank"....at least, that's the hope.  heh

Given living in melee range, for the most part, WoC should help mitigate some and also help speed up dropping mobs.  Given the lack of AOE I went leaping for more defence and spring attack.   On a side note, I typically go for attuned as I like to still play at lower levels with my characters and not a fan of losin abilities.

So I decided on a whim to see how fast I could Power level an alt and fully eqip it with a "top end" IO build (18 hours start to finish in multiple sittings over a single weekend), I had a rad/rad corrupter back before I/Os were a thing and did not want to go back down that road. So I recycled that character name and threw caution to the wind and jumped on making a rad/kin with the above build. with only a couple of changes. I am not at all settled on this build and I know it may be kind of outdated since it was posted so long ago.  My question is what would you change and what would be the best incarnate powers to go along with it?

 

I plan on using it on TFs  mostly, and not really for solo play. below link has my changes.

Just to make sure you're aware...  This build is pretty old.  There have been a number of changes to the game since then.  Most of the slotting is probably fine, but the Tactics slotting is obsolete, because the snipes don't require 22.1% ToHit for instasnipe.  Also, Rune of Protection is immune from recharge slotting now.  Those are the obvious things that stand out to me, though there might be others.

I said I knew it was old, I just ran with it because it was already done.  I literally picked a build, made a toon and PL'd it to completion except for slotting the incarnates. Mainly I just to see how fast I could do it, starting from zero inf to having all of the very rare sets.

 

That's why I am asking what would be good changes.  Now that I have it done, I would like to use it, and learn to play it a bit better. Thanks for the input, I did read the thing about instasnipe  but was unaware of the Rune of protection changes. I'll try to move some stuff around in mids before committing to any changes.

You could go the Resist Shield + melee & ranged def route instead. Makes you pretty robust. Something like this
