New binds/macro commands usable on pseudo pets

I've heard about the pow exec location, what does it do? Can I set a bind/macro to drop Tornado for example on a mob w/o dealing with the ground targeting rhetorical?

an absolute game changer for storm and  the playability of the set. The ease of dropping things like freezing rain around a corner in the blink of an eye is very beneficial. Consider that you dont even have to be able to see where you are putting it now, just get a target, scoot to a blind spot and execute the button.

I bind drop powers to a macro with the same image as the source power.  If I have no target selected, the powers are cast at my feet.
