Rad/Rad Tank Build

Ok, here is my Rad/Rad Tank Build. Without Meltdown running Smashing, Lethal and Melee defense are capped, and Smashing and Lethal Resistance is capped. Comments & Suggestions please? Be gentle, I'm just a tank.

hopefully that works, it's my Gen IV build for my rad/rad tank - I'm currently wearing Gen III.

I'm REALLY impressed at how high you've pushed defense!  not gonna lie, even with capped S/L, I still occasionally get tore up by Romans. Looks like your tank is a lot more focussed on numbers-based survivability.  I think in game, you may prove to be 'tougher' than me.

I'm still pushing it. The current draft has S/L and Melee Defense at 46% and Fire/Cold 34%. We're still trying to wring a little bit more from it. I'm not sure where yet.

Took up the Mu Mastery set to get more AoE powers. I like your idea of using Spring Attack for the same thing, but I think the Mu Mastery recharge might be better. I'm not sure, more research is needed.
