[Null the Gull problem]

On Excelsior server, Null won't give progress for Dimensional Warder.  When I click on what he can do that option doesn't appear.  I've tried several alts with the same result.  It seems to be just my account as I've had another player try and they were able to check progress.  I tried another server and it worked fine.

I don't see a Nemesis War arc in Ouro.  is it under another name?
