[Issue with Widow (and presumably Spider) levelling]

I have a hard time beliveing I'm the first to run into this, but I haven't found another report. I have a level 22 widow that is needing to level up after the Oct 18 change, and it looks like it may have caused an issue with widow levelling. Before the change, at level 24 a widow would get to choose her focus - now, it is available at 22 (maybe earlier). That isn't a problem. The issue is that Fortunatas keep getting more options as Widow powers are chosen, and Night Widows are not. Night Widows are behaving correctly - choosing a Widow power should open up the next Widow power, but it should not open up a Fortunata or Night Widow power. Moreover, it appears that the Night Widow power of Build Up is not able to be selected at all. 

 

Please let me know if you'd like me to send screen shots. I'm happy to do a respec and screen shot after each level to show what I am seeing.

These are the terms that I'm familiar with, and use when I'm running stuff. I am quite fond of the "Kill Most" mission.

I like the "No Praetorians, No Arachnos" themes that have been running along here. I agree with what other people are saying - do the optimization, and then check to see what top level groups don't get interacted with much, and bring them to Kalisti. 50 Family and Tsoo do sound like a good start. Given the preponderance of radio teams, probably 50 council aren't a good choice. I like the rogue Vanguard idea. And more Nemesis is always fun. Maybe some Ruraluu invasions. Pretty much - anything that we're not seeing a ton of, increase its frequency by putting it here.

Add me to the chorus calling for more, actual, minimum fx for everything.

 

Similarly, being able to apply some color, and maybe some of the costume patterns, to your granite armor form or your MM minions would be nice as well.

I'd been having this issue as well. Messing with my graphics did not resolve things. On the discord, somebody suggested that it was the issue with the route from your ISP to the game servers, which is why rebooting your local router could resolve things temporarily - it might find a new path. They recommended trying a free VPN service, so that you'd be forced into a different route. I've been using ProtonVPN for a few days now, and it's made a world of difference.

I'm having the same issue, and have opened a ticket on it as well. I believe that it is server load related - the issue is happening at times of high server load, but not at low server load. During a period that Torchbearer was at high load I had the problem there, but Reunion, which was at a lower load, did not seem to have the issue.
