It fixed the issue and my marriage! Thanks! EDIT: Nevermind, changing the manifest let me get to the main menu, but it seems to be outdated, thus I can't connect to either of the servers.

Hey, I've got this error before, ever since Homecoming split to the 32-bit, 64-bit and Safe versions. Basically it crashes shortly after the Loading banner shows up, with a "City of Heroes has stopped working". Strangely enough, it worked perfectly previously, and it still boots up in safe mode. I'm on Windows 10, and I've already added an exclusion for it to Firewall, and my drivers are up to date.
