Something I did not see mention of was the AOE target numbers. Cones target a max of six people. AOE and PBAOEs target a max of 10 people. I believe the only exception was sonic, as the cones in sonic targeted 10 people. This differs from the blaster/defender/corr ranged sets as cones target 10 and AOE/PBAOE target 16.
