More or less exactly what it says on the tin. If you're quick enough with your fingers, this will cause the welcome window to appear off-center and out of frame on the I.D. screen with no way to move or interact with it, and it overrides all other menus, so you have no recourse but to exit the game and restart. This is more of a minor annoyance given how quickly modern hardware can load the game again, but it would be nice to have some measure in place to prevent this from happening.
