I'm ashamed that I did not remember that from long ago. Sorry for my stupidity but it's fixed now. Was a user error.

If this is not a bug please let me know and or delete. I've tried looking around here for information before posting but I was in a party with my wife and even when we have the same missions the game does not see her finishing the quest as her also doing it. It makes her do it again once the mission is over so we have to do every mission twice. Not major but if it is indeed a bug and when the rest of my friends come to play...I don't wanna do the missions 5 times each.
