I'm experiencing the same issue. Have you done the interrogator Kang mission arc? If so, this may be the cause: https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Doctor_Steffard If doing all the arcs for the badge; I think you may able to complete this arc via ouroboros - (If anyone can verify, that'd be great)

Defiant here too AC-DC was my main elec/elec blaster, not after the band ;) Gamma Base was main SG, with affiliations to Karma Police :)
