Since we are trick or Treating I have come across a building that doesnt have doors. PI: Dirty Duck Bar and Grill /loc -677.6 -0.0 -3058.3 Will update if I notice more.

Bug - Cloud Senses Attuned can not be converted. In set works fine, but when you go out of set conversion you only get one option of Rare. Its cant be converted to other Accurate To Hit Debuff sets. I havent confirmed if this works with non attuned also.
