Problem solved, me and my friend are from Russia, and he had same issue with homecoming.exe We used proxy server to change Russia ip to one of the USA ip, that helped immediately Please, add this information to your guides.

Can i dowloand this files not from tequila somehow? And, can the problem be cause i'm downloading from Russia?
